Clients: Strafe Creative
I worked with the team at Strafe Creative from late April 2022 to Q4 in 2023 to deliver engaging SEO-led content for their blog.
This particular job was one of the most challenging but rewarding of my career to that point. Not only was I working with one of the UK’s leading UX design companies (which is new to me), but I was effectively ghostwriting for the Managing Director and various team members. That meant “tone of voice” (TOV) had to go much further than brand considerations and include their unique perspective on UX and SaaS.
Target audience: Clients, obviously, but also the next generation of budding UX designers.
And I was not the only writer. This can be quite a challenge sometimes - making sure that you write to the brand style and that your articles fit seamlessly with what is already being written.
I loved every minute!
While working with Ross and his marketing manager Sarah, we established pillar content and topic clusters that increased the right kind of traffic. I contributed my experience and learnings to help mould ideas into strategy, including keyword gap analysis and blog audits.
