The project: SEO content
I’ve been working with mselect since August 2022. In that time my main focus has been to develop SEO content for their blog.
The main problem I needed to solve
Initially, I was brought on to replace a VA blogging for the business. The problem was that SEO wasn’t part of the strategy of content and so the content didn’t achieve anything. This meant that the CEO and team didn't perceive value in blogging for website gains.
It wasn’t until February/March that I was able to build enough trust to show what optimised blogs could do.
Added pressure came from the fact that this client is an international company, with hubs across the Middle east and in London. Global SEO would be my first point of call, which I will later follow up with a local focus.
The strategy
My blog content became part of our digital marketing strategy as a means to drive traffic. I started introducing keyword clusters and evolving content production to gain targeted traffic.
I also pushed for older blog and page content to be refreshed and optimised (which I carried out).
My results
As you can see, working with search engine changes, I was able to introduce blogs that grew our traffic exponentially in a very short space of time.
